A generic medicine contains the same active ingredient, at the same strength and in the same dosage form, as the original brand. It may look different (shape, colour or packaging), but it works in the same way.

The original brand carries the cost of research, clinical trials and marketing. Once the patent ends, other licensed manufacturers can make the same formulation without those costs, so the generic sells for much less.

Products come from established manufacturers and are dispatched by our partner pharmacies abroad.

We offer two options, and the exact cost is shown at checkout:

• Tracked courier: 5–9 business days (about HKD 250), with online tracking.
• Standard airmail: 14–21 business days, 30 days at most (about HKD 100), untracked.
• Free delivery on orders over HKD 1,500.

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no logo, company name or description of the contents.

Our delivery guarantee covers it. If a parcel does not arrive within the delivery window or arrives damaged, contact support and we will send it again free of charge. If a second shipment is not possible, we refund the order in full. Large orders (over 120 units) are split into smaller parcels and may arrive on different days.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, follow it on the order tracking page. Tracking is available on courier shipments.

No. You do not need to upload a prescription or fill in a medical questionnaire to order from PockDose.

1. Choose the medicine, strength and pack size, then click Add to cart.
2. Go to Checkout and enter your delivery details.
3. Pay on the secure, encrypted payment page. Your card details never reach our servers.
4. Follow your parcel on the order tracking page once it ships.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, through a secure payment gateway. You can also pay with Bitcoin or Ethereum and get 10% off your order total.

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched. Contact support straight away to cancel and get a refund. Once the parcel has left, the order cannot be cancelled.

Medicines cannot be returned for a change of mind, because they cannot be resold once dispatched. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days (14 days for temperature-sensitive items) and we will replace it free of charge.

It is sensible to, especially if you take other medicines, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or live with a long-term condition. Your doctor or pharmacist knows your health history and can tell you whether a medicine suits you, how to take it and what to do about side effects. If you have a serious or unexpected reaction, get medical help straight away.
