2. Ordering & Secure Payment
Encrypted External Processing
To ensure maximum financial integrity, PockDose does not handle or store your credit card or banking data. During checkout, you are redirected to a fully encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. You agree to abide by the terms of these independent processors when finalizing your transaction.
Segregated Support Infrastructure

4. Delivery, Taxes & Duties
While we offer a Comprehensive Delivery Guarantee and will re-ship intercepted orders at no cost, you remain responsible for ensuring the products are legally permissible for import into the Hong Kong SAR. By placing an order, you confirm compliance with local regulations and assume responsibility for any applicable local taxes or import duties.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes
Statutory Non-Return Policy
Due to international safety and legal mandates, we cannot accept returns for convenience. Because pharmaceutical products cannot be safely re-dispensed once they leave a regulated environment, all successful deliveries are final. We provide replacements only for items that are defective, incorrect, or expired, provided you notify our team within 30 days (or 14 days for temperature-sensitive items).
Cancellation Window
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched. Once a shipment leaves the fulfillment centre, the transaction is finalized and cannot be revoked.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
We are committed to fair resolution—if a parcel is lost, we will re-ship or refund it. Consequently, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding bank disputes or credit card chargebacks. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback without first engaging our support portal will result in a permanent ban of your account across our global network.
