Androxal
Androxal 50mg tablets are generic enclomiphene, an oral treatment for secondary hypogonadism — low testosterone that stems from the body's hormone signalling rather than from the testes.

FAQ
Which Androxal pack sizes can I order?
Androxal 50mg tablets in packs of 10 to 270 tablets. It is generic enclomiphene, not the original Androxal. Each page shows price per tablet in HKD, and larger packs cost less per tablet.
What delivery options does Androxal have for Hong Kong?
For Androxal, tracked courier takes 5 to 9 business days with online tracking, while standard airmail takes 14 to 21 business days, up to 30, and is untracked. If a parcel does not arrive within the delivery window or arrives damaged, it is sent again free; if that is not possible, you receive a refund.
How long does Androxal take to work?
The pituitary signal shifts first and testosterone rises in response, so the change builds over weeks rather than hours. Response is judged from a blood test for testosterone and gonadotropins rather than from the first few days of tablets.
Can I drink alcohol with Androxal?
No interaction between enclomiphene and alcohol is known, so a glass now and then is not expected to interfere. Heavy drinking lowers testosterone by itself, though, which works against the reason for taking the tablets.
Does Androxal affect sperm production?
Enclomiphene works through the pituitary, so the testes carry on making sperm, unlike testosterone taken from outside, which suppresses sperm production. That difference matters to men who want their own hormone production to keep running.
What strength does Androxal come in?
Androxal comes as a 50mg tablet only, and the other enclomiphene listing is 50mg too. Nothing smaller or larger is offered, so there is no strength to weigh up before ordering.
How is Androxal different from testosterone replacement?
Testosterone gels and injections add the hormone from outside, and the pituitary reads that as a signal to shut down its own LH output, which stops sperm production. Enclomiphene goes the other way: it nudges the pituitary to release more LH so the testes make more testosterone themselves.
About Androxal
What Androxal is used for
Low testosterone has more than one cause, and the treatment changes with the cause. In secondary hypogonadism the testes can make testosterone, but the pituitary — a small gland at the base of the brain — is not sending them enough of the signal that starts the process. That is the pattern enclomiphene, the ingredient in Androxal, is used for. The complaints that lead men here tend to repeat: tiredness that does not lift, a flagging sex drive, low mood, and a body shape drifting towards fat around the middle and away from muscle. Androxal is a 50mg tablet of enclomiphene.
How enclomiphene works
Testosterone production runs on a feedback loop. Oestrogen binds to receptors in the hypothalamus (the brain's hormone control centre) and in the pituitary, telling the pituitary to hold back. Enclomiphene occupies those receptors, so the pituitary reads oestrogen as low and releases more luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). LH reaches the Leydig cells, the testosterone-making cells in the testes, and they make more. Because the testes are stimulated rather than bypassed, sperm production usually carries on, which is not the case with testosterone given as a gel or injection. Enclomiphene is one of the two isomers of clomiphene, the older fertility medicine, and the one that blocks these receptors.
Taking Androxal
Take the 50mg tablet by mouth with water, usually once a day. Response is checked with blood tests for testosterone, LH and FSH. Store the blister pack out of direct sunlight, since heat and damp spoil tablets over time.
Side effects and interactions
Headache, nausea, hot flushes, mood swings and breast tenderness are the effects most often reported with clomiphene-type medicines. Blurred or double vision can also happen and usually settles once the tablets stop. Blood clots in the veins and rises in liver enzymes are rare but serious. Enclomiphene is processed by liver enzymes, so other medicines that act on the same enzymes can change how much of it stays in the body.
Androxal or plain enclomiphene tablets?
The shop carries two listings of the same medicine: Androxal and a second one named simply Enclomiphene. Both are 50mg tablets, so the ingredient and the strength are identical and only the brand name on the pack differs. The enclomiphene page has the background on the ingredient and the other listing.
