Nolvadex is the name on this listing, and the tablet inside is generic tamoxifen. Tamoxifen is the standard hormone treatment for breast cancers whose growth is driven by oestrogen. It occupies the oestrogen receptors on tumour cells so the hormone cannot reach them. After surgery it lowers the chance of the cancer coming back, and it is also used for cancer that has spread. Taking it for years
