Tadalis SX is a 20mg tadalafil tablet sold for erectile dysfunction: difficulty getting or holding an erection that is firm enough for sex. Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor. It acts on the muscle lining the arteries of the penis, helping them relax so more blood can arrive once you are aroused.
Taking Tadalis SX
One tablet is the whole dose. Take it with water at least 30 minutes before you want it to work. Because the 20mg dose lingers for as long as 36 hours, a Saturday-night tablet can carry on into Sunday morning; there is nothing to gain from swallowing another, and plenty of headache to gain if you do.
Dinner hardly changes things, though a very heavy one can delay the start. Alcohol is the bigger variable. Light drinking is no obstacle. A long night out is: headache, dizziness, a thumping pulse and a drop in blood pressure all become likelier. Store the strips away from sunlight and heat.
Side effects to expect
