What Vidalista Black is for

Vidalista Black is a single 80mg tablet of tadalafil, sold for erectile dysfunction — trouble getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sex. Tadalafil belongs to the PDE5 inhibitor group, medicines that widen blood vessels. When you are aroused, it relaxes the vessels in the penis so more blood can flow in and an erection can form. Arousal still has to be there; the tablet works with it rather than instead of it. Tadalafil is also used for benign prostatic hyperplasia (an enlarged prostate, which brings a weak stream and frequent urination), though this product is bought for ED.

What happens after you take one

Swallow a tablet whole with water when you need it, at least half an hour before sex. Some men notice the effect sooner than others; for most it builds over the first hour or two. The window is a long one — tadalafil taken as needed can keep working for up to 36 hours, so there is no need to time things to the minute. One dose in 24 hours is the limit. A meal makes little difference to how it works. Taken daily instead, at the same time each day, sexual activity is possible at any point between doses.

Side effects to expect, and the ones that need help

Headache, a flushed warm face, a blocked nose and indigestion are the usual complaints, along with back pain and aching muscles. They tend to be mild and pass. A few effects need urgent treatment: sudden loss of vision, sudden hearing loss or ringing in the ears, and an erection lasting more than four hours. Tadalafil must not be combined with nitrates, because the drop in blood pressure can be dangerous, or with riociguat. Heavy drinking raises the odds of headache, dizziness, a racing heartbeat and low blood pressure. Grapefruit juice can raise the level of tadalafil in your body. Store the tablets somewhere cool and dry.
