Cialis Soft is a tadalafil 20mg tablet for erectile dysfunction — trouble getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sex. Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor: it relaxes the muscle in the walls of the penile blood vessels so blood can flow in when you are sexually aroused. You still need sexual stimulation for it to work, and it does not cure erectile dysfunction.
How to take it
One tablet, at least 30 minutes before sex. Some men feel the effect sooner, others later. Taken this way tadalafil keeps working for up to 36 hours, so a single dose covers a long evening or a whole weekend. Never take more than one dose in 24 hours. Food does not stop it working, though a heavy, fatty meal can delay the start. Plenty of alcohol makes headache, dizziness, a racing heartbeat and low blood pressure more likely.
Side effects
A headache the evening after a tablet is the common one. Flushing, a stuffy nose, indigestion, back pain and aching muscles come up too, and they pass as the dose wears off.
