FAQ

Which Poxet strengths and pack sizes are available?

Poxet comes as 30mg, 60mg and 90mg tablets, in packs of 30, 60, 90 or 120 tablets. Larger packs cost less per tablet.

How is Poxet delivered to Hong Kong?

Poxet is sent to Hong Kong in plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside about the contents. Pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express on a secure, encrypted payment page, or with Bitcoin or Ethereum. Card details never reach the shop's servers.

What other names is dapoxetine sold under?

Poxet is a branded generic of dapoxetine, the ingredient in Priligy. Dapoxetine is also sold as Duralast and Duratia. Here, dapoxetine can be bought online as Poxet, and also as generic Priligy. These are generics, not the original brand.

Is Poxet the same as Priligy?

Both tablets contain dapoxetine in 30mg, 60mg and 90mg strengths, and they are taken the same way. Only the brand name on the pack differs, so order whichever name you prefer.

Can I take Poxet with Viagra or Cialis?

Yes, some men use both, but a PDE5 inhibitor such as sildenafil or tadalafil on the same day makes the dizziness and light-headedness from dapoxetine more likely. Standing up slowly matters more than usual when the two are combined.

How often can I take Poxet?

One tablet at most in 24 hours, taken when sex is planned rather than on a fixed schedule. Poxet is not a daily medicine, so there is nothing to remember on the days you are not having sex.

Can I take Poxet with my antidepressant?

Not if it is an SSRI or an SNRI — those antidepressants add to dapoxetine's serotonin effect and can push it too high. Tramadol, migraine triptans and St John's wort work the same way, so they are also kept separate.

About Poxet

What Poxet does

Poxet contains dapoxetine, a tablet for premature ejaculation — climaxing sooner than a man or his partner would like. It belongs to the SSRI family (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors), the same group as some antidepressants, but it is not a treatment for depression or anxiety, and it is taken only when sex is planned rather than every day.

Dapoxetine works on serotonin, a chemical messenger in the nerve pathways that control the ejaculatory reflex (the trigger for climax). By raising serotonin there it lengthens the time before the trigger fires. Unlike the SSRIs taken daily for mood, the body clears it quickly, so a single dose before sex is enough.

How long before sex do you take it?

Swallow one tablet with water about 1 to 3 hours before you expect to have sex. That is the window dapoxetine was studied in: leave it much later and it may not have taken effect, take it much earlier and too little is left by the time it matters. One dose in 24 hours is the limit — a second tablet on the same day adds side effects, not control.

Most men begin with the 30mg tablet and move to 60mg if 30mg is not enough. The shop stocks 30mg, 60mg and 90mg, in packs from 30 to 120 tablets. Keep the blister pack in a cool, dark spot.

Side effects

Nausea, headache, dizziness, a dry mouth and drowsiness are the ones men notice most, usually mild and gone as the dose wears off. Feeling light-headed when standing up is common, and rising slowly helps. Fainting has been reported with dapoxetine; if you feel faint, sit or lie down until it passes.

A rash or swelling of the face, lips or tongue needs urgent help. So does fever with shivering, muscle twitching, agitation or confusion — that cluster can mean serotonin has risen too high.

Alcohol and other medicines

A drink or two can sharpen the dizziness, sleepiness and light-headedness dapoxetine causes, so a heavy night and a tablet do not sit well together. Poxet is not taken with an MAO inhibitor — these include the antidepressant moclobemide and the antibiotic linezolid.

Medicines that slow the body's handling of dapoxetine push its level up: ketoconazole, used for fungal infections, and ritonavir, used in HIV treatment, are the two clearest examples. Taking a PDE5 inhibitor for erection problems on the same day also makes fainting and dizziness more likely.

Poxet or Priligy?

Priligy is the other dapoxetine tablet we sell: same ingredient, same 30mg, 60mg and 90mg strengths, only the name on the box differs. Which one you order comes down to the brand you would rather have. dapoxetine covers the ingredient in more depth, and Priligy shows the same strengths under that brand name.
