Every Extra Super P Force tablet holds 100mg of sildenafil and 100mg of dapoxetine; there is no other strength. Sildenafil, the ingredient of Viagra, takes care of the erection. Dapoxetine is a short-acting SSRI that slows the serotonin signal behind ejaculation.
Look at the other sildenafil-with-dapoxetine tablets and you find the same 100mg of sildenafil but only 60mg of dapoxetine. So this is the strongest on the dapoxetine side, and dapoxetine is where most of the unwanted effects come from. Expect them more often here than on the 60mg versions.
Taking it
Planning for tonight? Take the tablet about an hour ahead. The sildenafil can start working at any point from half an hour to four hours later, and you stop at one tablet a day.
Dinner matters. After a heavy meal sildenafil arrives late, so a light meal or an empty stomach gets you there sooner. Alcohol is the other thing to watch. Several drinks make a pounding head, light-headedness and a racing pulse more likely, and with dapoxetine in the tablet, a faint as well.
Effects, risks and clashes
Expect headache, flushing, a stuffy nose and indigestion from the sildenafil, and nausea, dizziness, diarrhoea and tiredness from the dapoxetine. A blue tinge to your vision for a short while can also happen. Stand up slowly and do not drive until you know how you react.
Never use it with nitrate drugs for angina or with poppers; the blood pressure drop can be severe. Other antidepressants, tramadol, MAO inhibitors and St John's wort can combine with dapoxetine to cause serotonin syndrome (agitation, sweating, tremor, a racing pulse). Alpha-blockers and blood pressure tablets add to the dizziness. An erection that lasts beyond four hours, or sudden loss of vision, is an emergency that needs treatment straight away.
