Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor. Once you are aroused it keeps the blood vessels of the penis relaxed, so they fill and stay firm; with no arousal it does nothing. Dapoxetine belongs to the SSRIs, the antidepressant family, but this one is short-acting and works on the nerve signal that triggers ejaculation, pushing climax later.
