FAQ

Which Malegra strengths and pack sizes can I order?

You can order Malegra 100mg tablets in packs of 10 to 360 tablets. Larger packs cost less per tablet.

How discreet is Malegra delivery to Hong Kong?

Malegra ships in plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside about the contents. Tracked courier takes 5 to 9 business days with online tracking. If a parcel does not arrive within the delivery window or arrives damaged, it is sent again free or refunded.

What is another name for sildenafil?

Malegra is a branded generic of sildenafil, the ingredient in Revatio and Viagra. Sildenafil is also sold as Vega Extra Cobra, Vigora, Vizarsin and Cobra-120. Here, sildenafil can be bought online as Malegra, and also as Assurans, P Force, generic Revatio and generic Viagra. These are generics, not the original brand.

How long does Malegra 100mg last?

One dose covers one occasion rather than a whole evening. Sildenafil reaches its full effect about an hour after the tablet and then fades over the next few hours; a second tablet does not extend it, and doses belong at least 24 hours apart.

Can I drink alcohol with Malegra?

A single drink is unlikely to cause trouble, but a heavy night works against you. Alcohol lowers blood pressure, which adds to sildenafil's own effect on pressure, and it makes headache, dizziness and a racing pulse more likely. It can also make an erection harder to get in the first place.

What is the difference between Malegra and Viagra?

Both contain sildenafil and both are taken about an hour before sex, no more than once a day. Only the brand name differs. The 100mg dose is the same; Malegra comes as a single 100mg tablet, while Viagra is offered in several strengths.

Can I take Malegra with food?

You do not have to take it on an empty stomach, but a large, fatty meal slows the tablet down and the effect may arrive later than you planned. If you are eating a big dinner, take the tablet afterwards or keep the meal lighter.

Will Malegra work if I am not in the mood?

Sildenafil will not make you want sex. It only helps once you are aroused, so a tablet taken and then ignored does nothing. That is why timing matters: take it so that the effect is at its peak when you expect to be intimate.

About Malegra

Malegra: 100mg sildenafil in a plain tablet

Malegra is sildenafil 100mg in a standard swallowed tablet, sold for erectile dysfunction: erections that come slowly, soften too soon or never become firm for sex. Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor, which widens the blood vessels of the penis during stimulation so extra blood can enter. It does nothing without arousal, and it will not make you want sex.

How to take a Malegra tablet

Swallow one tablet with water around an hour before sex; half an hour to four hours ahead also works. Leave 24 hours between tablets. A heavy meal delays the effect, so a lighter one helps with timing. Large amounts of alcohol make headache, dizziness, a racing heartbeat and low blood pressure likelier, and they work against an erection in the first place.

Side effects, and the signs that cannot wait

Most men who notice anything get a headache, a flushed face, indigestion or a blocked nose, and these pass without treatment. The emergencies are few: an erection that stays beyond four hours, a sudden loss of vision in either eye, swelling around the mouth and throat, a rash with breathing trouble, and chest pain or an irregular, racing heartbeat after a dose.

Nitrates are the combination to avoid completely: glyceryl trinitrate, isosorbide dinitrate and isosorbide mononitrate for chest pain, and amyl nitrite "poppers". Taken with sildenafil they can drop blood pressure to a dangerous level. Alpha-blockers for prostate problems, some antifungal and HIV medicines, and grapefruit juice can all change how much sildenafil stays in your body.

Malegra among the other sildenafil tablets

Fildena, Silagra, Suhagra, Kamagra and Viagra are all 100mg sildenafil tablets as well, and the same ingredient comes in chewable tablets, oral jelly sachets, capsules and higher strengths. The active ingredient and the 100mg dose are the same across these; the brand and the form are what change. Cenforce runs from 25mg to 200mg if you want a lower or higher strength, Caverta comes in 50mg and 100mg, and Fildena Extra Power is a 150mg tablet. The sildenafil page sets out the whole range.

Keeping your tablets

Leave each tablet in its blister until you need it, and keep the strip somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight.
