Cenforce Soft holds sildenafil 100mg in a tablet made to be chewed rather than swallowed. It is sold for erectile dysfunction — when erections are too soft or too short-lived for sex. Sildenafil blocks an enzyme in the penis called PDE5, which would otherwise keep the blood vessels narrowed. With it blocked, the extra blood that arrives with arousal stays put and the erection is firmer. You still have to be aroused; the tablet helps the body's response, not your interest in sex.

Chew a tablet about an hour before sex. The effect can start from half an hour in, and a tablet taken early in the evening is still working later on.
